I have just discovered your site – how wonderful, and how synchronistic.  January is always a time of reflection for me, and this year I decided that I want to take a pro-active stance and manifest more.  I have chosen a word for the year 'Joy' – which came as rather a surprise, as I had been pondering many serious words such as 'courage' and 'commitment', but that word just popped up and brought tears to my eyes, so I knew it had to be the one

I also decided that I wanted to appreciate all the good things I already have, so I decided to keep a gratitude journal.  It was a lovely co-incidence to visit your site today, and see that as the theme for January. 

I look forward to following along with your exciting experiment.
